Personal training at Optimum Fitness integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. It also includes soft tissue massage treatments for a wide range of injuries. While we recommend you commit to at least three sessions a week, we are totally realistic in understanding that your day-to-day demands may have an impact on your schedule. We are flexible, if you wish to book singular or group sessions – we can accommodate this.
